Wedding styles are constantly in transition… that is part of what makes this business SO EXCITING! Staying a few steps ahead, forecasting the next trend styles, interpreting style trends to each client and making it their own.
2018 and 2019 weddings will continue in the overall trend of beautiful and romantic. Currently, blush pinks, champagnes, and ivory dominate with soft, fluffy blooms to create a soft, romantic, feminine look. This will continue through at least the first part of the 2018 wedding season. I predict a gentle shifting further down the road of rich, jewel tones including lush, velvety burgundy with varied shades of purple. The wild “Boho” look of the past few years is quickly being replaces with more sophisticated, elegant styles… while foliage will continue to be important, it will be more controlled as an accent to floral. I see a move stylistically to gentile southern and Mediterranean-chic.
Do you want to see our interpretations of these styles and others? Join us at area wedding showcases during January. We will be at.
Of course, when you are ready to discuss and plan your own wedding floral accents, contact us to schedule your appointment with Vincenzo Butera AAF, AIFD, PFCI in our studio.
